I was relieved that the replacement filters were easy to find on waterdropfilter.com. I’ve had other filter systems where figuring out the right replacement felt like a whole project, and I really don’t like having to contact customer service because I never fully trust that I’ll get a straight answer. This time I just searched the site, found what I needed quickly, and placed the order without a bunch of hassle. So far, I’m happy with it.

I don’t know, I expected better for the price. It felt kind of cheap from the start, and then the plastic cracked after about a month. Just left me with a bad impression overall.
